"Time and time again, the frappe and shake machine are down for weeks at a time. If I didn't know any better, I would say they're intentionally giving Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins the business."

"Waited forever for food to come to drive thru . Order was wrong and employee literally ignored me. Had to get out of my vehicle and go inside to get corrected and then inside employee dropped my sauces on the ground when they handed them to me. Seemed purposeful"

"First world problems. I have no idea why after about a month their Frappe maker is still out of order. Usually it is down for only a few days. Would love an ETA on this. Literally the only thing I ever get at a fast food restaurant."

"I'm sure the reasons for my complaints are because they are short staffed. But upon entering it was extremely cold in the eating area. We decided to eat in the kids center which was a lot warmer, it was comfortable. We sat down to eat about 6:40pm in the kids zone area. We only sat in there to eat, not for the kids to play. At 6:52 a register person walked in to tell us kids zone will close at seven. At 7:00pm an assistant manager came and told us we had to move to finish eating. He literally stood there waiting for us to leave. First off, there are no hours listed on the entry to the play area. Secondly, why couldn't they put a closed sign on the door and lock it when we were done eating instead of having us try to gather everything up to move into the lobby. Very inconvenient!"
