"Ordered a Choco brownie extreme and a Reese's blizzard. Got a pumpkin pie and a heath bar blizzard, after waiting for 15 minutes at the window. Hate pumpkin pie and heath. Blizzards melted before I got two blocks away. Trash tier. Edit: what a noncommittal, useless response. I assure you, I will -never- be back."

"Slow service and staff AND management are not helpful at all!!! It’s not my fault my app wasn’t working and it’s not theirs either, but to make me wait 10 min in line and another 7-10 min trying to get my app to work and no one helping me whatsoever is rude and unprofessional! I didn’t even get my order! I was so mad! This is not the first time that this location has disappointed me. Last time the fries were cold and stale and the chicken strips were very small and the gravy bowl was filled halfway!"

"We got a four and six piece chicken tender basket. We had to wait a very long time for our food which we thought that meant it would be super fresh. Nope! Fries were old and the chicken tenders were overcooked in what tasted like old oil. The toast and ranch were yummy. Best part was the staff. The three ladies we encountered smiled and were very kind and friendly."
