"Its sad that just one month in from the grand reopening the quality is lost. Stuffed Crazy Bread is burnt its crispy. My thin crust is burnt and definitely does not have the extra cheese I ordered. And my regular crust half cheese half pepperoni. The cheese side the sauce and cheese is almost 2 inches from the crust. Kids got it before I got a good picture of that one. Looks like we be going back to the troy location. Sucks cause we was glad to have you back open in GlenEd."

"Ordered pizza and it was raw. Had to come home and cook it ourselves. We were told to call the 1-800 number which we did and they reached out to the store 2 times to try and get the issue resolved and both times they said the store should reach out to us within 24 hours. They never did. Needless to say they have lost our business for good"
