Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Our waiter was great! The greeters at the front desk were not. We were looked at strange. No one greeted us like greeters should. There was no welcome to Applebee's coming. There was no thanks for coming leaving.No words. I just experienced strange looks from them. Please properly train your staff to acknowledge people different from them and who are spending their money at your restaurant hospitality. We entered your restaurant on March 1st around 6pm. I believe one of the greeters may have been a supervisor because she was wearing a headset. We will not return to this location again."

"I went to Applebees with a friend, expecting to get the all you can eat wings, but they no longer served them. They did not take this off of their website. My friend ordered the Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and it came out cold. Another table near us was complaining about cold food as well. Also, why is a side dish of ranch 50 cents??"

"My girl ordered a steak with no pink and it had pink throughout the steak. My burger was dry. And we had to wait because they forgot to place our order . So the place is okay I just wouldn't want to go."

"5 Stars All-Round Me and my spouse went for Veteran's Day so they could finally celebrate and get their free meal. They ordered the 6 oz steak with mashed potatoes, fries, and a coffee. I just got a cocktail. The food was great quality and we enjoyed ourselves. The cocktail was fabulous and well worth the price. Our server was wonderful, fast, and accurate and very attentive. The establishment was actively being cleaned while we were there. And the staff let us go home that night with balloons since it was the end of the night and they'd be thrown out anyway. While the gesture didn't seem like much, it meant a lot. I recommend this Applebee's location and will visit again."
