They ran us in circles we felt like they were profiling us, the management seemed like they hated their damn jobs. We make way over the income requirement to qualify for these mediocre apartments and yeah just don’t. They ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"We’ve been living at the Lodge for 6 months now, and it’s been great! Initially, when starting the apartment search earlier this year, we found it HAAAARD to get ahold of leasing office staff at other complexes, the only outlier being the Lodge. Macy is super sweet, and incredibly communicative. She’s easy to reach and very helpful. We moved into a newly-renovated unit (Deluxe 2). The appliances were nice and new and the unit was clean upon entering. There were a few things that needed a bit of maintenance touch-up, but luckily, the resident account app makes it possible to request maintenance services easily. The maintenance team is excellent — they complete requests in a timely manner, usually within a day of submitting the request. There’s ample parking around the complex, especially at the north end of the property. For the most part, residents are considerate of one another. Of course, there are always people who refuse to pick up after their dogs, but that’s a fundamental problem of selfishness that an apartment community can’t fix lol Overall, we’re happy living at the Lodge. The location and proximity to anything you may need is super convenient. It’s a quality complex and has effective, communicative management. Highly recommend!!!"

"I have been living here since March, due to health injuries, I have to move. But the staff here has been nothing but nice and empathy to my situation. Yes they may have poop on the ground, but that is not management faults. As soon as you report it, they send someone out to clean it up. They take pride in the complex. I have never experience anything from the negative review that are left on this site. I'm gonna miss the staff and my neighbors. In another life time, I would have loved to come back. It was as close to a home as it could be. Thanks for the stay."

"Before moving here we really took the reviews into consideration. My main concern was a few about dog poop. Unfortunately any apartment will have that problem. Thankfully this complex does not have it bad. It's very minimal which is rare. The unit we have is in the perfect spot so we are beyond happy with it. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. When I put a work order in, it's taken care of within a few hours. When I call into the office they answer without a hold. The complex is well kept and they care a lot about the appearance of each unit."
