"if you are in Pasadena Texas please and these apartments at all cost. The first month was okay however the manger Marcela eventually showed her true colors. She lied about no key access to our back door on move in the fridge was broken and had to be replaced and they insisted it was fine however wouldn’t cool. She then sent the repair men in our home while no one was home and he went into the bedrooms looking around. Another incident were “Jorge” walked into the home through the back door while I was undressed. Then my neighbor told me there are keys to the back door and all of sudden Marcela “forgot” that the keys existed and said she didn’t remember saying those keys didn’t exist. Then the floorboards in the kitchen were missing and spiders and bugs kept coming in and at one point we had to get our own pest cleaner because the spiders were sizes of quarters. Also we had a major leak and went 4 months with an open ceiling introducing more spiders in and told they would eventually come the next Monday but never did. The tub drained into the kitchen ceiling and left a mildew smell throughout the apartment. However suddenly when a inspection was dated they arrived to fix the leak as they knew this would fail inspection and was wrong. The inspector is also well known with the staff and doesn’t really check and Jorge finds any excuse to come inside your home and is very lazy and disrespectful."

"Such a wonderful property , I moved to Queens lane in June from across the country and couldn’t have been happier that I chose queens as my home! Very friendly and attentive staff all the way around. Maintenance men very nice and the property manager Marcela is so involved with the community. I have never seen someone care about their residents than she does. Over all such an amazing place !"
