"Upon check-in, the staff were very nice and accommodating to help with getting into my room and getting ready for the night. Offered to help multiple times and very courteous towards the weather coming in. Very nice rooms and has an awesome layout for leisure or work."

"Great value. Excellent staff and upkeep. Rooms and property were clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff care and are good at their jobs. Harder to stay at if no car due to location. Hotel-airport shuttle isn’t 24/7 but runs from around 5am into the night. Not many/any food options nearby."

"This was my second time staying here. I LOVE this hotel. The staff is lovely. Rooms are clean. Fridge, microwave, and even dishes! Their Breakfast is nice, too. The amenities and lobby are chic and fantastic. They even have a security guard patrolling at night. I've yet to feel unsafe here and it's my new go-to in Houston."

"Great experience at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Pasadena. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean, well kept and included all the features we needed for our stay (refrigerator/freezer, full kitchenette, plenty of storage, etc.). Both queen beds were clean and comfortable and the free continental breakfast was very decent. Overall a great value stay and great experience. Would certainly recommend and return."

"The location is convenient, it’s an easy on and off of the freeway. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants not too far down the road. The building was in good shape. The lobby was nice. I was greeted by the front desk every single time I walked in. My room was as I expected, which looked identical to the website when booking. The bathroom was a little small but not terrible. The breakfast was ok but crowded."
