"I've been a part of Palm Bluff Apartments for four years, and the management in the office has been nothing short of amazing. They consistently do an excellent job of maintaining the beauty of our community and ensuring the residents' satisfaction. I also want to acknowledge the hard-working and dedicated maintenance team. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"This place has no privacy at all for its tenants and is quick to point fingers at people who are innocent. Even to have guest over they need their full name date of birth and social security makes 0 sense to wanna invade every inch of a tenants privacy during their stay. I felt harassed not only by how unprofessional the management is by 5 of them coming in my apartment screaming and yelling things at me threatening to evict me and on top of that if you are okay with people around the complex continually smoking pot and pointing fingers at you saying you are the one doing it then by all means this is the place for you ! Nothing about this place is acceptable or reasonable they are rude and absurd with their rules as they feel they sit on a throne and expect for you to bow down to them at every little convenience even though you are paying them for what’s supposed to be a comfort lease stay. Another thing they love to do is sell you a dream until you actually move in then that’s when they flip the whole script on you and treat you terribly as a tenant and continually harass and charge you for the most upsurd things I don’t recommend this place to not one soul how they treated me the whole time I as staying (I was even paying 1-2 weeks ahead at one point) to which they still would fine me and blame me for things I never did without any proof. Also not to mention the upstairs neighbors I’ve had to deal with every month I’ve lived here them kicking and screaming and throwing stuff on floor until 3-4 am every single day but nothing is ever done to them but they instead call the cops on me. Again I say this with pride do no rent here! They evicted me and charged me large amounts even after paying ! (And to add on with their response not 1 time did they do an inspection that led to proof of any smoking happening in unit they just took others words saying it smelt and used it against me by saying it smelt themselves. And as far as the February rent she didn’t allow me to pay rest and instead evicted me after paying her half of it stating through a text she wouldn’t be accepting any more payments from me even after saying it was ok with giving her half now and half later leading to 2 payments to cover the rest of February and on top of the guest I had in my unit he stayed there for 2 weeks max and they are making it seem like I’ve been having another live there the whole time which he wasn’t (had they done daily inspections like they said they were they would of seen that) but I feel as a guest he shouldn’t even have to give his info up as he isn’t the one paying nor the one on lease"

"I have been renting for almost a year and I am very happy. The rent is reasonable. It is a very clean place. There are no loud noises at any time. It is a peaceful place and a very responsible maintenance service, I place my work order for any problem and it is ready in a few hours had never had a problem. Thank you Palm Bluff Apartments for making me feel like home from the first day."

"Currently reside here with my 8 year old and younger sister. We definitely don’t plan to rent anywhere else. This is our home until we make THE big purchase. I’ve rented many places and this is the first place i feel safe at. Having a young child, safety is first. Management does an awesome job at what they do. They’re also very communicative. which helps a ton! Gerardo, the Maintenance man is even outstanding. Overall, we have nothing but positive to say. Recommend for sire."

"I've lived in Palm Bluff apts for 3 going on 4years. I love staying here, it's a small complex I feel safe. They have 1 maintenance man, but he is absolutely the best maintenance I've ever had living in other apt complex with multiple maintenance ppl and they still could never do it on time. But Gerardo (maintenance man) can do the work of a crew all by his self. Including the maintenance to the outside of the complex and still can manage to get anything done for the tenants. The only problem I've had or heard about from other tenant is the office staff. There's 2 Benjamin, who is great. And then there's Felicia she's very rude in a professional type of way. I agree with one of the reviews,she should have never put anybody's personal info on a site that can be seen by anyone. I understand that she doesn't want anyone speaking ill of her business but that was more of a thing like a teenager rather than coming off professional. I've heard from multiple tenants of her harassing them to the point that they want to break their lease and leave. But other than that is a great place to live . The neighbors are wonderful and I've never had an issue with any of my neighbors disrespecting anyone, everyone respects others . One thing I wish they did have was a trash can connected to the doggy poop bag Despenser that would make it so much easier for us dog owners so we don't have to carry a bag of poop around and go all the way to the dumpster. But I do recommend these apts to anyone who wants to live in a decent, nice apartment complex."
