"I was referred to Atex cause of my situation and I was upfront with Tracey and explain things and she told me that she understands and they would help but I have to pay application fee so I did and I would here back within 48 hours. I waited 4 days to here from her and because I receive social security for me and my kids which was over there 3 times amount of rent that because my daughter could loose her social security when she turns 18 that I do not qualify. I did not expect to be denied because of what could happen. I feel lied to and cheated by Atex properties in Alvin , TX that they just wanted my money. Beware of Tracey cause they will lie to get what they want."
