"Nice rooms an good rates. Friendly and helpful staff. Anytime I'm in the area I stay here . Only reason I gave it four star's was the brand new pet policy of a 100 deposit and 25 a day. Very hefty."

"•~Not very friendly at front desk. Huge discrepancy in the price of one night between what is on internet and what we actually paid! ($52.00 advertised vs $145.00 actually paid) •~ But I guess they can charge whatever they want to weary old travelers who don't want to stay in the rat race of Houston! Room was OK but probably won't return. There are plenty of other hotels along the highway."

"Where to start. Well, the ladies in the front are kind and helpful. But the owner is money hungry. We stayed in a hotel because we had to turn our water off at our home. First night there, the shower was freezing. Tried to call the front desk but our room phone would not properly work so I had to walk to the office. They said it was due to the city having to temporarily turning the water off but would be fixed. Once fixed I was able to wash my hair in the sink. Second night the power went out, not once but 2-3 times for over an hour each time. On the 3rd day while at work my husband called to tell me he had to take yet another cold shower. I called the office again. When the office called me back she said the owner was on his way to check on things. When I returned to the hotel my husband let me know the owner said all he could do was turn the gas up a bit. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and yet again was in another cold shower. Another trip to the office and was told I could be refunded for one night or I could be moved to a different room with no refund and be charge the $25/day pet fee. After being told if we stay the only accommodation would be moving to another room where the water would more than likely be cold, we decided to leave to another hotel. If you stay at this hotel, check behind the handle in the shower, I am pretty sure they have locks to keep the water from getting hot so the owner doesn't have to pay for more on his gas bill. I would not recommend this hotel due to the owner caring more about $$ than providing quality customer service."

"Jerry at the front deak was friendly and welcoming excellent customer service. The room was nice crown molding and marble. Clean with plenty of outlets with built in usb's. The room however was crawling with cockroaches they were everywhere and one crawled on me in the night. Not pleasant everything else was fantastic just spray for the bugs ya'll."

"Was out during the day but when I got back to my room and tried watching TV all I could watch was the weather channel. I went to the office and no one could help till morning but I was gone by then. Beds were very comfy but the floor had a lot dirt"
