"If you’re looking for a small quiet place to call home this is it . It’s set away from the busy areas of town and they have very limited units so not a lot of traffic in and out , you know your neighbors and it’s quite nice . And they are pet friendly !!! The manager is quick to repair and upgrade any issues that you may have it’s not like other places I have lived where you have to be put on a wait list and it gets taken care of weeks later , they fix it within the day or two . I highly recommend!!!"

"I’ve lived here at foley hill apartments for almost four years and I love it here. Very quiet community and it’s not a huge complex which I like. We recently got new management who has gone above and beyond to improve the apartments outside and in. If anything needs to be fixed in my apartment the problem is addressed almost immediately. Also terminix comes monthly which I love because I’ve lived in other places that had issues with bugs. These apartments are nice and affordable maybe only down side is there is only two bedroom units. I’ve had many friends rent here as well who were pleased to live here."

"I've been here for some time now. Recently the apartments have had a lot of renovations done and the place is looking great. I have never had any trouble getting anything fixed., and in my experience it was done correctly. A/C went down after a couple of unsuccessful attempts of repairing it, they had a new until installed inside and outside."

"Perfect size for my small family. Nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Pet friendly for dogs of all breeds under 100 lbs. I highly recommend."

"At first these where very good apartments me and my husband and son enjoyed it here. But after our second lease that she did for us her attitude has changed from being nice to being evil. She tried to fine any way to get us out. She has banged on our wall more then once and had my 2 year old cry. She always slammed doors in my face whenever I went over there. And she was always treating me badly then trying to talk bad about me to my husband. She has went to another tenant and telling our business to that tenant. And she wanted to see my personal email. This place would be a very last resort to turn to. And be very careful if you have kids.....I will have pics"
