"Went here for the first time the other day. The secretary was very rude and nosey. (HIPPA) Also I don't trust the Dr. Asked way to many questions about my personal life and I could tell she was judging me, she watched me and my daughter walk all the way out when we left. I'm finding a different Dr. I don't need to go somewhere I feel their against me for no reason! Definitely Don't trust this place!!!"

"This is the best Texas Childrens Pediatric location there is. Even when they are very busy, they are always courteous and polite. I've never had a staff member to be rude or nasty. I just spoke with Angelica, and she was such a pleasure that I really did not mind the hold time. It's the little things like saying "thank you" and having a warm, welcoming tone that goes a long way. Most importantly, they try to accommodate you when your child is sick and need to be seen, appointments are always open, the office is spotless, doctors and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they even remember the children's names. My daughter has been a patient since she was a toddler. She's now 17. Now my new son goes here and I won't go anywhere else. Also, I just love seeing the same smiling faces at the front desk ☺️. You guys are doing such a great job! Thank you!!"

"I am only giving it 2 stars because of the doctors that are very knowledgeable and kind. However, the receptionists are not trained well and do not know how to treat the patients and customers. I had to once wait 40 minutes for the doctor in a video consultation and was never contacted by their staff to inform me of the delay. I gave them a new chance and now, when I had to get a paper signed by the doctor so my daughter could carry her asthma medicine at school, I was told that would take 3 to 5 business days. I am not talking about a long form, this was a one-page document that would not even take 5 minutes of the doctor. I was also told they have thousands of patients and for that reason they cannot be quicker than that. This looks like they are receiving poor customer service training. Since they have thousands of patients, loosing two will not make a huge difference in their business."

"Unbelievable betrayal of trust. I took my son here for a referral to a counselor due to some stress he was having from another member of the family going through a personal mental health crisis. The Doctor called Child Protective Services and injected a State Social Worker into the life of my family without consent. Treating the family member struggling with mental illness like a criminal and having the whole family cross examined. Massive betrayal of trust and one of the biggest personal insults I've ever received"

"For years we attended the Westchase location and loved our doctor! When we moved we wanted to stay in the network and tried this location. It’s a great location. Staff are friendly. The waiting room has books and video games for kids as they wait ( I can’t attest to the germs that may involved). It’s a nice touch to keep sick kids calm/entertained. The nurses and doctors have so much care. When we checked out with our medication I noticed the nurse added a lollipop. As a mother, getting my son back to normal is my top priority and can be stress inducing in the meanwhile. Having professional health care staff who care is important."
