"Unfortunately you can do pretty much anything and you are welcome to do anything. Example you can harras your neighbors and nothing will happen to you. You can disturb other people you are free to do so.... There is no restriction, no policy whatsoever. They made office for only one reason. Clock in, clock out. At night forget to sleep. Office don't and wouldn't want to do anything against criminal tenants. You are on your own. Office staff doesn't want to deal with anything. Otherwise you wasting your time. It's not safe nor peaceful place anymore each day gets worst and worst. By the way they lease apartment to anybody means killers, thief, man slaughters. Be aware."

"My cousin resides here and these apartments wrongfully towed my vehicle, the complex enforces visitors to have a pass, (which I did) and it was hanging from my rear view mirror so I’m not understanding why my vehicle was towed when this is not my first time visiting the apartments. The tow truck company states they can’t do anything about it and we have to speak with the staff in the apartment complex about a refund which is bizarre to me because they carelessly towed my car! I will definitely be at the leasing office Monday morning since they are closed Saturday & Sunday to resolve this issue and receive a refund from the $292.72 I dry had to pay !!"

"Jasmine in prior review couldn't have said it better. Office staff not professional at all. These apartments needs to be condemn. Mold is everyone. I decided to write the BBB, Apartment association, and even contacted the news station. Since office, owners or corporate don't care let's take it to the news. This place is horrible. The owners and corporate read all these reviews that complain about the same thing, and they do absolutely nothing at all. Nothing"

"I’ve been living here with my mother for a while now and it just keeps getting worse. We are clean people, yet we’ve had multiple roach infestations and had to call pest control on our own because the office wouldn’t do anything about it. Not to mention, they hire third-party services such as leaf blowing and tow truck companies who take your things and the office says that they’re not responsible for it. I’ve experienced one of my packages getting blown away from my porch and my brothers car getting towed by an unknown tow truck company and had to call every tow truck company in humble to find his car. There’s a ton of animals who seem to get abused and yelp late at night, making it impossible to go to sleep and not to mention, disturbing. One of these little bad kids squirted ketchup on the side of my mom’s car and we had to get it off ourselves. I cannot wait for me and my mom to move out of here."

"My goodness, all I'm going to say is thank God for the reviews. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a place we could call home. We was going to come to these apartments to put in a application to get the process started in the next two weeks, but my goodness the way these reviews are set up ...... This is the type of headache we honestly don't need. The devil stay busy and we refuse to stay in somewhere where humans who suppose to be professional lacks compassion for another human being. Let's just say ...saved by the bullet."
