"Disappointed Stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Humble This Fairfield Inn & Suites was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in the US. Here's why: No Laundry Service & Outdated Facilities: Forget laundry service - the hotel doesn't offer it! There are washing machines on site, but good luck getting change for them. The whole laundry situation was a mess. Unruly Guests & Noise: Peace and quiet? Not here. Kids were running wild through the halls until midnight, slamming doors constantly. It felt more like a frat house than a hotel. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. If you're looking for a relaxing and well-maintained hotel, I recommend looking elsewhere."

"First off let me start off by saying the staff is amazing Mrs.pie and everyone that works at the front desk, the maintenance lady and the cleaning crew were all very nice and helpful throught my almost 2-3 month stay there. When there was a small issue they where quick to correct it. I was always met with a smiling face. The gym is nice along with the pool area. I would definitely recommend this place. However one thing you need to be mindful of is Making sure you read the signs outside saying remove valuables from your car. My truck was broken into the last night I was there and the building doesnt have any exterior cameras so just keep that in mind. Outside of that one thing happening everything else was great!!!"

"Excellent service; staff very kind. Room was a little older but very clean and safe. Right off interstate so a little noisy during the day but fine at night. Breakfast in the morning and hot coffee all day long. Good amenities for the price."

"Service was great, very friendly and respectful. Great location and parking. Hotel room itself was to be desired. Probably the worst Fairfield we have stayed in. Room smelled like old dog and weed. Tv did not work right and there was no internet. For 170 a night it was not worth it. I suggest a remodel or to come down on their price. We will definitely look somewhere else to stay in the future."

"After a terrible experience next door at the Country Inn and Suites, we stumbled into the Fairfield Inn at 11 p.m. seeking lodging, exhausted after 20 hours of travel. To give credit where it's due, the young lady at the Country Inn referred us to Fairfield Inn, which she called their sister hotel. Here we were greeted by Frank, whose smiling face and lovely demeanor made us feel immediately welcome. He was sympathetic to our plight and got us into our rooms quickly. He handled two walk-ins (us) and two additional check-ins with ease. Our rooms were clean and incredibly comfortable. We lodged for four nights while in town for a wedding. Aside from our bathroom fan being a little loud at random times, we have no complaints. Our kids enjoyed the pool several times, and we enjoyed breakfast two of the days. The highlight for us was Frank, as he worked most of the days we were there. He greeted us by name every time we walked in and out (which was a lot). We will gladly book here in all of our future visits (we are here 2-3 times in a year) and highly recommend."
