"This place was nasty and awful experience. When I had checked in at 7am I seen a cockroach hanging out by where they have the snacks and I told the front desk guy and he acted nonchalant about it. When I got to the room it was nice but sheets were dirty and had prior guests hair and I had requested fresh ones the front desk said he didn’t have access to the laundry which in my opinion how are you a hotel and not have access to fresh sheets? He had came up to the room to see and he had the audacity to tell me that the sheets were clean and the stains can’t be removed. Which was a no go for me I asked for a refund and took my business to a nice Hilton instead."
