"Nice, pretty typical holiday Inn. The person working at the front desk when we got there was so kind and helpful - we asked to store out bags as it was about 10:30 am and check In wasn't until 3 and she was not only able to give us space for luggage, but also got us into our room just after 11! They also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area! Everything was nice and clean, definitely updated recently."
"As usual. Great rooms for a decent price. Staff was friendly. Comk9n areas and rooms were clean. Unfortunately had someone walk into my room as the front desk staff double booked the room and gave someone else a key."
"It kind of sucked. The hot tub was broken. The pool was freezing. The restaurant only opened for breakfast early and then didn't open again until 6 pm. There is a horribly overpriced section of utterly unhealthy food next to the check in desk. Solution: Get a damn cooler/ fridge and stock it with salads, fruits, fresh juices and healthy alternatives. I'll bet the ratings would go way up. I could only get 5 channels on the TV most of which was Fux news. Good thing I had my laptop. It's elegantly decorated and is fine for an overnight stay, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. PS the wine selection is terrible. Just have 3 good whites & 3 good reds."
"Whole atmosphere and room is clean. Only dislike of room, window has a film on it so you can’t see out. I doubt view is great but still nice to be able to look out. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Small buffet for breakfast so we went, a bit shocked to see that it’s just like any other continental breakfast and at the end, to our surprise- they handed us a bill. Kids eat free but adults are about $14 each. Was not worth it, esp when you are use to these small breakfasts being included in the hotel stay. We would stay again but def go elsewhere for breakfast."
"Some hotels I've stayed in recently have been extremely dirty, but this one was kept very clean. The cleanliness of a hotel greatly affects the rest I get during my stay, and thanks to this I was able to get enough rest. The staff were all friendly and made me feel comfortable both during check-in and check-out. Breakfast is an extra charge, but there is no doubt that it brightened my mood from the morning. I will definitely come back here again."
