"Awful, awful place to rent from. Management is absolutely TERRIBLE. Nothing gets fixed nor replaced, you might get lucky if you ask a hundred times. We have had mold spots in our townhome and management told us to “clean it and keep an eye on it” and never came out to source the problem. After we cleaned it, it is now back in several spots and nothing has been done. We’ve paid over $400 for electric for three months now and have complained and asked someone to come out and check our unit, as AC constantly runs no matter what, again no one has come out to look at anything. Our home flooded during the freeze when our AC line busted, leaving about an inch of water on the first floor of our townhome.. we called management about it and they said because we called them on a Friday, they were about to get off so nothing could be done until Monday. Monday came along, nothing. Tuesday came along and all they did was come out and shut off AC, no looking or fixing anything. Management is awful, the homes are a mess, this place is just awful. Highly recommend somewhere else to rent from."

"My daughter lives here and has a 3 bedroom, the Manager is not making it easy for her to live here. The refrigerator needs replaced, it either freezes everything in the refrigerator and freezer or it won't get cold in the refrigerator. She finally got a new dishwasher after not being able to use the one that was originally there and they are complaining about her service dog which they knew she had when she moved in there. The apartment itself is nice, but slot of wasted space with the high ceilings."

"The units are incredibly small and management is terrible! When renting the townhome it had lots of cosmetic damage already. However, they decided to charge me for any little cosmetic damages until my deposit was completely taken. The refrigerator came broken, the blinds were filthy until replaced, the cabinets and doors fall apart just from being touched! They have a terrible German roach and spider infestation. Had I known they were going to keep my deposit despite me leaving a clean unit I would have left it a mess! If you Decide to rent here don’t bother cleaning the place when you leave they’re going to keep your deposit anyway!!!"

"Probably one of the worst apartments to rent from. Management is careless. I have constantly had ants, spiders and other large insects in my home. Nothing has been done about it. I have weather stripping issues on my door, nothing has been done. Base boards in my apartment have little or damaged caulking. Caulking is messed up in my kitchen. My downstairs bathroom cabinet has a missing board on it. Numerous things are so wrong here. Bottom line is don’t expect much moving here. You won’t be pleased."

"My first review was very critical, but, I have to say, a lot has changed here. The managers have been helpful with issues that I've had and when I have a maintenance issue, they have always taken care of it right away. It's actually a pretty good place to live now. However, if I had to pick something that I'd change, I'd put a cover over the gate entrance card reader so that when its raining, it doesn't get the inside of my car wet. But that's not a big issue. I do recommend Stonegate, it's very quite here."
