"Went for lunch on a Monday. It was real slow, very few people in there. The waitress came to our table once for order and once to bring the order. They never came back to check on us to see if we needed refills or anything. The burger I ordered was a frozen party and overcooked. There was no reason for the poor service. I guess stick to the fried foods only."
"Great food, we had an awesome waitress, plently of room to eat and not be elbow to elbow with the next person. Outside awnings, passing through on our way home and this place did not disappoint. If i find myself in the area again, will definitely return. Thank you!!!!"
"If you are going to the Time Out, make sure you have plenty of time as they seem to forget the people sitting in the outdoor space. The outdoor space is very nice with open air, large screen TVs, and new vinyl coated tables. However, they are oblivious to patrons sitting in the space and you have to go fetch someone to wait on you, then remind that person that you have ordered. They need a camera or something to keep an eye on the space as people were choosing to sit outside. On the food, the chicken salad on rye was very good. The rye was a light rye so it did not overpower the taste of the chicken salad. The handmade tenderloin was very over cooked and dry. Great space, Disappointing experience. UPDATE: we decided to give them a second chance and the experience was even worse than the first time. The server greeted us with, Do you know what you want? No hello or smile. Then proceeded to give my brother attitude when he asked a question. She never once checked back on us or refilled coffee. She needs to find a new occupation. The special was billed as catfish fillets and they were catfish nuggets. The baked beans were the best part of the meal. If there was a 0 star rating, that’s what I would give them."
