"Meat tasted like it was bad. They use to so good what happened? Your people are rude as well. Not impressed at all"

"Last week, our coworker ordered us lunch on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday during our lunch break at 10:40am (first lunch teacher problems). We sat and typed up our order on Tuesday and after work, my coworker took up our paper with our exact orders on it to Jimmy John’s to pay and have delivered the next day. Our order was delivered later than expected and not with what we ordered. We didn’t get two drinks like our original order asked for, our subs didn’t have exactly what they were supposed to have (I.e. coworker asked for cucumbers and didn’t get any; I didn’t order cucumbers, but cucumbers were on my sub). When we informed our driver about it, he didn’t have any suggestions or apologies for the mess up and just handed us our food and left. We were very upset about this experience."

"This time the Cubano seemed a little light on ingredients and heavy on mustard. Even so, I am satisfied."

"I have ordered from the restaurant regularly for a year or so with no problem. Good service, and quick. However, they have gotten my order wrong twice in the past week. The first time, no big deal, the second time, they put cheese on my sandwich, which I am allergic to. This might have been understandable, except it is a sandwich that does not come with cheese. When they asked if I wanted to add cheese on it, I said no. I took several bites before I realized that there was cheese on it. Now I’m unfortunately going to be sick, or worse, for the next 24-72 hours. There is a reason I order sandwiches that don’t come with cheese - so I won’t forget to ask them to leave it off. Super bizarre that even after they asked specifically about cheese, and I said no, they still put it on. I think maybe they have hired new folks who need more training or something, but I’m going to be hesitant to eat there for the time being."
