"Try this place again! The negative reviews might be a little outdated. Staff was SO nice and accommodating. We made some weird requests (no bun!) forgot to get water, just Generally difficult customers and they came through and showed no signs of frustrations! The lady at the window was funny and talkative. Excellent food, service and speed. Thank you team and we will see you again!!"

"Ok, so, I went in and ordered 2 BBQ Bacon & Cheese whopper juniors with no tomato and a medium onion ring. Neither of the whopper juniors came with bacon or cheese. So, I went back in, and asked them to remake them. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked an employee to grab them for me, and this time they both had tomato on them. So, I removed them and left them on the counter. And then, by the time this was all said and done, my onion rings were cold. I will never return to this BK, and I recommend everyone else stay away."

"Destiny Slater was completely rude. Staff yells at customers, and orders take too long to get out. There's mice in the building and the managers are terrible. Especially Janelle."

"Bad customer service. Cashier was good but an older lady who I can assume was the manager made a snotty remark when we mentioned a food allergy and the need for the Staff to change gloves and be super careful. Then when the food was done, the preparer made a snotty remark about changing his gloves as well. The food we ordered wasn't what wr thought wr ordered but didn't want to send it back due to the hassle getting a new item. The drink area was dirty. Straw wrappers and spills all over. Will not return."

"Tiffany(she said her name was) was very rude, yelled at me and lied to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me there wasn’t one. I get home open the bag and it’s not even my order after I waited for 15 minutes. I call the store and find out there is a manager on duty and Tiffany lied also. Horrible service, couldn’t eat the food, and got a regional phone number from the Springfield area."
