"If i could i would rate this place a zero stars. This place is pricey and it has roaches a lot of them. I even had to buy raid roach spray to get rid of them myself. They try to help but the time and day they had didn’t work with me wasn’t convenient. Is not a place to live with kids because certain neighborhoods would constantly smoke and the smell will pass thru the walls. Not just that the roaches are everywhere that i had to cover the dishwasher because they kept coming out there. It scared me because i have my one year old is a stage they touch everything. Some of my neighbors would move out because of the same reason. I didn’t last as soon as my second son was born i was out of that place. Is horrible. I had to get rid of many of my furniture because the roaches got in them. I would complain constantly yet never got reimbursed for the expenses i had to do for the place yet they only gave me $60 back from my deposit. Management is nice but they don’t do much to the matter. Even roaches got inside fridge i dont know how but i would find one every time. Maintenance have no respect for your home they knock then try opening the door and were very loud when my mom who was taking care of my son kept telling them to be quiet because he was taking his nap. I would tell them to be careful not to step in the carpet or if they could put a bag on their shoes because my son would play on the floor didn’t do that. They come in your home and do inspections the apartments i am at they don’t do that unless something is not working."

"It be a lot of Racism going on over here they allow certain people like Spanish and whites to house all kind of plants and toys on the patio but had the audacity to leave a note on my mothers door about a small patio end table that had fake flowers in small flower pot and when I tell u it didn’t even take up any space the letter was so irrelevant and there is nothing in the lease that says it especially when all the other races are doing it I’m gonna take all the letters and contact the local news because I’m about fed up with the letters and low maintenance… they don’t fix anything properly and I have even had a ring come up missing another time I was visiting and maintenance had been there and maintenance will just open the door without announcing themselves…i just never chose to say anything until I came down for the holidays because it’s becoming excessive … I’ve been there a time where maintenance clearly didn’t think anybody was home and tried to enter I instructed them to hold on because I was dressing and they still tried to enter and they heard me because I caught them at the door and had to close it in their face…I visit her often and was informed about the patio note…. One day I was using my mothers car and accidentally locked my keys inside the car so I called my brothers before I could tell my mom and the manager came out asking questions like we were breaking into the car meanwhile my. Nieces were sitting right by them as they retrieved the keys… my mom has no patio furniture compared to surrounding neighbors but they don’t recieve any kind of notices…. They really are not pet friendly either because my mother doesn’t have any pets but I do and I don’t live with her but whenever I visit I use to bring my teacup chihuahua and they kept telling her the dog couldn’t be there but mind u like I said we visit often almost daily when I’m in Houston so I don’t understand why it was always a sense of urgency whenever I visit it’s like they knew when to watch the camera to be able to say something which was hella weird to me..To be quite honest they really got my mother twisted I won’t stand by and allow her to be treated that way at 55 years old because she is a black woman."

"I enjoyed living here. It is safe and the inside of the apartment is beautiful. When it comes to customer service, Maria won’t offend anyone, she is so professional and emotionally available to listen and help."

The grounds are always neat and all maintenance requests are handled quickly from my entire experience here. The office is attentive and always kind to my family and I. Mrs. Bodi has helped me more than once in various matters that have happened as things happen in a community from time to time. Always kind and professional staff all the way around. Highly recommend!"

Now And I am not planning on going anywhere This is a Quiet,Safe and Clean Place to live no worries going in and out you place. There are so many other places to go but, you know you are in a safe place there’s no going anywhere with that be said I love it here. Staff keep up the good work."
