"As I was reading the reviews, I was thinking that these people who are writing these very long and very bad reviews should do a little more research, which very possibly they are incapable of, because they dont even know where they live!! I moved here August 3, 2018. Fairfield is listed as the 2nd most promanent area to live in throughout the Cypress,TX area and these apartments, Fairfield Creek Estates, live up to the good reputation of the Fairfield area of Cypress. The are clean. The grounds are well kept. They have very good security issues in place for the tenants while they are inside the building. And if you are not a resident, you can not enter the building between 5:30 PM until 9:00 am unless you are escorted in by a resident. These apartments have all wood flooring, NO CARPET. I have never seen a bug of any kind in my apartment, nor any of the common areas, including the kitchen. Any time I have ever had a maintenance issue, it was fixed the same day. However, those issues have been few and far in between. Since I have been here, I have never encountered an unkind person. And the office staff seems to go out of their way to make sure I am alright. I am handicapped, and if they dont see me for a few days , they will call or come up to check on me. And most of the people I encounter here are happy here and have no reason to feel they NEED to move. If they are so bad, why do they have an extremely long waiting list of people who want to live here. People dont move away. Usually a vacant apartment is available due to the death of a tenant. Yes, the waiting list is long, however, I highly recommend you get on it and wait for an apartment to become available here as opposed to going somewhere else. They are worth the wait."

"I recently moved over to these apartments and I am horribly disappointed and already thinking about the next place I will be moving to as soon as my lease is finished. This apartment has two phases the cleaner phase is located on the side of the street with the leasing office, however the second phase is across the street 12601 S Green which is not where you want to be. They obviously don't take as well of care of this side of the complex for example..my neighbor has at least eight empty 40oz liquor bottles sitting on the grass outside of his door. I mentioned it to the manager and the problem still persist and obviously they are not doing ground inspections to keep the apartments "nice" and "clean", another neighbor not smoke weed but also rolls the weed and leaves the cigar fillings on the shared stairway. This guys has done this everyday since I moved into the apartment..but before moving in they promised they had a security officer monitoring the property at all times!? This was obviously a lie as well recently the apartments are infested with stray cats. The crawl all over our cars, scratch the paint and urinate on/around them and don't dare put a plant on the patio that YOU pay for as apart of your rent because they will surely urinate and dig in them as well. When I notified the apartments, they said oh well we've called so many times, they are charging us a fee now. Seriously?! They don't act on issues, but allow neighbors to leave food bowls out for these stray animals without penalizing them for animal lease violation. So in return the entire complex suffers as a whole because of lack of proper management! I could go on and on which is said because I've been here less than 2 months. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares to live in a drug free environment that it kept clean and cat-free! Please use your money wisely and pick another place!!! Hope this helps someone make a better choice than I did."

"Worst apartments ever!! I rushed to move here after we had a fire in our old apartment complex i sure was fooled by the outside looks because the apartments inside suck and the area is not safe at all. My apartment when i moved in had a weird smell, the carpet was gross, the mirror in the restroom had hair tangled from one corner, the door was loose, there were roaches and other insects everywhere. At first i was like okay maybe maintenance would take care of this and i can stay here for at least a year until i can move out. However I'm still having some of the same problems with roaches, insects, the gross carpet and bad smell. Maintenance is the WORST!!!!! in the past four months they have send an exterminator four times and i still see roaches and insects crawling into my kitchen and restroom. The first week we moved in half of our apartments light went out while we had guest over. We call the emergency maintenance since we saw some fire coming of one of the connections and they couldn't do anything about it because it was "not an emergency". Then after two weeks or so the AC blew up and when the maintenance guys finally show up my husband offer a water since it was burning hot, the guy saw we had some beer on the refrigerator and had the courage to ask for a beer instead. My husband and i are very patient so we just decided to let everything go and just wait for our lease to end until yesterday morning some one broke into his vehicle and tried to take it. My husband has air suspension on his truck and is able to drop his truck to the floor to prevent anybody from taking it or stealing his rims. However the BIG DUMMIE that tried to steal it didn't know this because they broke into it and only achieved to mess up with the ignition and front panel.So now we have to pay for something that was not planned due to low life bums!!! When we told the front office about the incident the only thing they had to say was " Oh that happens all the time" So if you decide to move in BE AWARE that this incidents happen all the time there are always cars on blocks because they take their wheels. Also we have heard of a lot of break-ins even into the second floor apartments. There are no security cameras and no police officer around!!!! My husband and i are on the hunt for another apartment complex and at this point we don't care to break the lease!!! I care more about my husband's and i safety!"
