Starling at Bridgeland

"Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve one star. You can hear every single thing your neighbor is doing. It’s so loud, washer, walking, running, toilet flushing, everything! Our front closet flooded 4 times where they had to tear the drywall down and replace it. The gates to get in are always broken. Our AC went out 2 times and it made a scratching noise the entire time the AC was on but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. During the weekends we couldn’t even stay because of constant noises. We ended up leaving the complex after only living there for about 5 months. I’ve lived in many complexes and never had these kind of issues. All while being extremely over priced for all the issues."

"We’ve lived here for about 6 months. The area is definitely nice. I have to say, my neighbors who I have around me are so welcoming and kind. I have had no issues with the office and management. They’ve been able to help me with anything we may need. They are helpful, professional and very kind. We do appreciate the events that they have, my kids certainly love it. Our stay here has been very quiet and we are pleased so far."

"From day 1 this place has been a nightmare, they were going through management changes and I won’t even get into specifics of what I experienced. Make sure you read the fine print and the entire lease agreement, they won’t share with you fees even up to $1,000 dollars and when you seem surprised they will just reference the lease agreement. I was wrong to assume it was their job to assist in making sure I knew the basics when moving in. I gave myself some time to try and get over the bad start, things haven’t been horrible but they sure aren’t great. This complex advertised that it had charging stations, well they don’t. They say they have a no smoking policy, everyone smokes once the office closes. The apartment itself is nice, but my goodness the walls are paper thin, be prepared to hear yelling, conversations, and thumping pretty much all day and night. The gates here have been broken since I moved in 3-4 months ago, they have not all operated at once a single time. They leave the gate open which defeats the purpose of a gate, and also significantly reduces the security of our vehicles which I’ve already seen some broken into. The icing on the cake is the construction across the street, so if you are willing to take on all the other stuff maybe wait a little till the HEB is done because they start at 7am sharp, and you will hear banging, horns, Spanish music and yelling from the workers. This place deserves no recognition, I would not recommend you to live here. But hey, like I said… at least the apartment looks nice ◡̈"

"I love my apartment! The community is clean and well taken care of. The maintenance staff is the BEST that I’ve ever experienced. Isaiah and Jordan in the office are AMAZING as well. :)"

"I am absolutely obsessed with this apartment complex! We have a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony, the office staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew comes in a timely manner to help with anything that needs to be fixed. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in and I have not had any issues with any of the staff. There are plenty of amenities to accommodate families and pet owners with the dog parks, trails, pool, and playground for the kids. The property owner, Yolanda, has welcomed us with open arms since we’ve gotten here and has been very helpful throughout our move in process, really making us feel like members of a tight knit community :) I highly recommend taking a tour and making Starling at Bridgeland your place to call home!"
