"October 2023 stay - Recently stayed with my family for 2 nights this past weekend. We were really impressed with the evening and night shift staff. They were so welcoming and kind. They made a great impression. I wish the rooms were bigger but everything else is great. 2022 This hotel had a lot of options for food and shopping super close. The rooms are small and definitely setup up for efficiency. There is a mini fridge but if you need a microwave you have to go downstairs to the lobby. There is an indoor pool and a small gym. Breakfast had an omelet, sausage, pancakes, Oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels, juice, milk and coffee. You can get tea, hot chocolate and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. There is also a pool table and plenty of seating in the lounge. Its a good location and price if you plan on spending most of your day running around."

"Location is ok. No microwave in room, no laundry facility. For it to be owned by Hilton, I expected a bit more. Breakfast nothing special just prefrozen egg and cheese omelettes. They put a hold on my credit card and charged me double $263 a night for three nights, which is not what the actual rate is supposed to be. Hispanic lady at front desk had a tone when I questioned why there was a $793 charge on my credit card and we had not even checked out yet. Then she says the hold will be on there from the hotel itself for three days or unitl my bank decided to remove it. I cancelled the extra night and called my bank to release the hold and thankfully it was the same day. The hotel is not worth the trouble. Laquinta across the way is much better for $100 plus dollars a night. Also housekeeping did not bother to clean anything and our room was dusty and we had to ask for towels and the handsoap was not filled enough for enough soap to come out. The best I can say is that they have ice machines that is all. Hilton should be ashamed especially for the Cypress, Tx area. The lady that puts the breakfast out also just stands around and gossips with the front desk staff. Just gross experience except the fake personality they have to get you to reserve a room. Ghetto...."

"We went to Houston for a family gathering. As a Diamond member we always try to stay at a Hilton and this property’s location was perfect. However, this is a property you want to avoid at all costs. We arrived, set our stuff down and went to see our family. We returned late and essentially got ready for bed and went to bed. I itched in the bed all night long. That’s when I discovered how disgusting and nasty this hotel was. There was a dead bug smashed on the ceiling in the bathroom, dust, dirt, hair and dead bugs in the corners of both beds. The pillows were balled up - the bedding was like a mattress cover. The list goes on. Needless to say we cut our two night stay short and checked out. The front desk supervisor was very helpful and said she would have the GM Carol Cullett call me when she arrived later that morning. Unfortunately despite sending an email with pictures to the email address provided, leaving a voicemail message for her and two additional messages left with the front desk I still haven’t heard back from Carol. It has been several days. Apparently Carol came in the day we checked out for just a few hours and then asked her staff to relay a message to me that they were not willing to credit my points. It is disheartening that the GM of the property doesn’t have the decency to call a customer after the experience we had. Stay away!"

"The experience and hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was different nothing I've seen before because instead of having a waffle maker it's a pancake maker. I can't wait to go back and stay more days. The beds were comfortable and I fell asleep right away which rarely happens."
