"@ the end of my lease, these guys are trying to hang some crazy re-lease fees on my neck. Despite giving them a 70 day notice to terminate. Pretty sure I'm not the only one dealing with this from them. Watch out for this fraud when you want to leave. Other than that, great place to live."

"This apartment complex is an absolute joke since Greystar took over management of the complex. Definitely not the same place I originally moved into. Prospective residents beware!!! Not only did the apartment complex keep my security deposit but then attempted to charge me an additional $457.88 for carpet replacement, microwave, oven and washer cleaning. Please note that over 50% of my 3-year stay I was on the road traveling and living in a Marriott and not actually occupying the apartment. The carpet was in the bedroom only and was still in brand new condition. My wife and I meticulously deep cleaned the microwave, stove and the washing machine prior to moving out. When I requested receipts and pictures to document the "so called" work I was promptly ignored and was sent to collections. Be aware of these scammers! This behavior is unprofessional and who knows...perhaps the "Corporate Greed" has taken over the community? Continue to watch every social media site for this review as I will personally post it on each site so that all customers are aware as no customer should be cheated/treated in this manner."

"Lakeside row is a beautiful community. I've only been here two months but it's very peaceful. The leasing office is constantly fulfilling residents needs while also going the extra mile to provide us with opportunities to win fun prizes. There is also so many things to do in the surrounding areas. I can say with full confidence that I am happy with where I stay. Thank you Lakeside Row."

"Wonderful community with wonderful people! My fiancé, English bulldog and I adore this property! While there were initial issues of residents not cleaning up after their dogs, and leaving trash after throwing parties. The property has done a great job cracking down on this inappropriate behavior! We plan on staying here for the foreseeable future!"

"A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is awesome and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Also, when I don’t have time to make coffee or go to Starbucks i get to make the best coffee at our club house! I love the convenience of the elevator too aswell as living along a neighborhood with parks and trails.""
