He is one of the most amazing maintenance men to work for Camden Cypress Creek, he is very accommodating, generous, and thoughtful in every aspect in the services he comes out to fix. I 100% recommend him to help any services you guys might need."

"I've lived here for over a year now and one of my favorite things about living here is how well the apartments are taken care of. The front office staff is great and helpful beyond move-in day, and the maintenance team responds quickly when issues pop up. Stephen in particular was incredibly helpful today, fixing the issue I had with the dryer within an hour of me putting in the request and kindly explaining what the problem was and what he had done to fix the issue."

"The floor layouts are nice here at Camden Cypress Creek. I enjoyed my actual apartment minus a few things during and after the lease. During the lease the break-ins at the apartment complex were horrible. Cars on blocks, broken windows, etc. They say they have security but most of the time the security is sitting there on his phone without patrolling. The train tracks are nearby and can be quite loud and come by at all times of the day and night. My main complaint and my reason for writing this review is what I am currently going through. I moved out almost a month ago and they are trying to charge me for items they should not. My apartment upon move in was in okay condition but the drywall, paint and cabinets had quite a few blemishes. I marked all these on my move-in sheet and also documented them via photos before boxes/furniture were move inside the unit. The apartment is now charging me a fee to repaint the entire unit. Their original explanation was that the paint life is 2 years and if you move out before 2 years that they will give you the cost to re-paint the entire unit. I argued that there was nothing in the contract and the apartment was left in its original state minus normal wear and tear per the contract. They then proceeded to change their story and told me that I had messed up the paint in multiple places which I then told them I have documented all the blemished upon move-in and requested they send me photos of the apartment move-out inspection. I received photos of the move-out inspection and I have pictures of the same blemishes upon move-in. I have sent my move-in photos back to them and I am waiting for their update. Going through this process upon move-out should not happen as I took care of the apartment, and they are treating me as I didn't. I have attached photos of my move-in where it clearly shows that the apartment was not in the condition of having fresh paint prior to my move-in. I would not recommend moving into this apartment as there is no telling what they could charge you at move-out."

"We have been living here for 3 months and we love it. The Staff is friendly and Professional. They keep the Community Immaculate and I am proud to live here. I have had a couple of small request and I have been amazed at how fast they respond and maintenance fix the issue the same day. If you are looking for a clean, safe and kept community. This is the place."

"I have one year living at Camden Cypress Creek, and they have been stolen like 4 to 5 cars since I live here not mentioning they have stolen the 4 tires of numerous cars and thieves breaking into apartments. For all of that we were force to rent a garage cause we only have one car. Yesterday we went through a bad experience, we were preparing a small celebration for my daughters B-day at the pool I have a little business of balloons and did a decoration for her to take some pictures, the manager of the place Pamela Lackey, Mirna Mayorga and a guy from maintenance showed up and told my husband we needed to get down everything because it was not permitted to have decorations or parties in any of the spaces of the complex. I wasn’t aware of the policy and have seen in the past they did decorations in different areas to make celebrations. I was unhappy but understood when they told me and was going to put down everything, I told the manager. Pamela if she could let me take some pictures to my daughter in the decoration and she very rude and with bad manners even yelling told me she was waiting their for 25 min that I needed to hurry up and take everything down, and stay there with his two staff members with really rude faces and just staring. They treated me as we were thieves in front of my kids and some renters who were on the pool when I had already told her I was going to get down everything they humiliated me. They don’t have a clue of Costumer service for having 30 years working at Camden as she told me. Is not an affordable place and we always payed rent on time and I’ve always been a person who follows rules because I am aware they are necessary. Don’t rent here they don’t do nothing regarding the thieves problems and they just send an email stating the city has criminal issues. I can’t leave immediately because I just renew my lease contract and is ridiculous the fees they charge if you go earlier. Can’t wait to move out hope times flies!!!"
