"I don’t think you can find a better apartment complex than Grand Cypress. My biggest concern in finding an apartment is one that could support my Dobermans needs. Grand Cypress has exceeded my expectations. The dog park is great for her to run around. There are always poop bags and trash containers nearby. The complex is very well maintained and trash is picked up Monday-Friday. Any maintenance requests have been resolved within the same day or a day or two. Thank you Grand Cypress! I will miss it here."

She and her team do more than listen to what you want; they take the extra time to determine your needs. Melissa and Harley have gone above and beyond for me three times in the 6 months that I have been a resident at MAA Grand Cypress. It is a great place to live, and without people like Melissa and Harley, it would just be an “ok” place to live. "I lived here about lil more than half a year For 1. The apartment staff were great. They were always very helpful and made complete understanding of every situation we were having. For 2. We never had to worry about them not responding to our maintenance request. For 3. We never had any bug problems. And for 4. No apartment is perfect but they were the apartment with the least amount of issues and with the best deal. It was a great spot to live and I use them as a standard for my new place and any apartment I look for after that."

The apartments and grounds are clean, secure, and well-maintained. Management and staff are professional and eager to help. There are many amenities and specials offered to residents as well. I even liked the neighbors. I was forced to move for my job but I will miss you, Grand Cypress!"
