"Carrington Park at Huffmeister office staff and maintenance department are awesome. Polite, professional, and the fastest service I've ever experienced with an apartment complex. It's quite and comfortable here."

"Flip a coin if you decide to live here. Paper thin walls can hear everything from the neighbors next to you and above you. Very old appliances. If you end up next to apartment 10102 they are extremely loud at all times of the day even past 11 PM at night blasting music in there garage. Or playing with loud remote control cars and drinking alcohol in there driveway If you tell the apartment management they act like they care but honestly nothing they can do unless they don’t care enough to. I’ve tried multiple times telling them and nothing. It’s honestly so trashy. Moved out and my quality of life has greatly increased still waiting for my deposit back tho. I can add the only good thing is the maintenance but it’s not hard fixing 15 year old appliances over and over again"

"Just moved in this week but we are so happy to be apart of the community. The office team has been great and communicative, the community is clean, quiet and peaceful. Our move in experience was perfect!"

"I enjoyed living here for the first year or so until the management company changed. It just wasn't the same after that. The worst part was I went month to month from July to August because I was in the process of buying a house. They did not send over a new contract or anything. I went under contract on a house 40+ days before the month ended. I immediately emailed the apartment and they told me I had to give 60 days' notice. Why would I have to give 60 days' notice if I am going month to month? That's counterintuitive. It's literally in the name "month to month." Also, no one could show me in the contract where it stated "if you go month to month you have to give 60 days notice". It only stated 60 days notice about the original contract, not month to month. I was forced to pay for an entire month that I did not live there. Complete scam. The quality of management and neighbors is going downhill at this apartment. Don't move here."

"From the moment I walked into the office I knew I was going to become a resident! The Assistant Manager Miss Vinsetta Simmons was professional and welcoming. She immediately made me feel like I was a valued guest and took the time to warmly greet me and provided an engaging tour of the units! The units were clean and recently renovated, the community was quiet and laid back, the pool was clean and well cared for, and best of all the other residents were welcoming. The proximity to Hamilton Elementary school is also a huge benefit if you have young children, and Carrington Park has a school bus pick-up/drop-off right at the front gate for them. Overall, I am incredibly impressed and am excited to be a resident in this wonderful community!"
