The Landmark Lofts & Garden Apartments

"Wow this place is absolutely fantastic! The historical aspects not withstanding but the overall atmosphere, the beauty and charm and the roominess (word?) are unbelievable compared to other apartments or villas anywhere around a 200 mile radius. The staff goes over and above to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with everything. The grounds, pool and workout areas all stand out as very clean and manicured and your are in downtown New Braunfels and next door to Wurstfest. For a run, or even golf, you are just a couple minutes to those activities and I have heard the residents may be starting up a Yoga class soon. I cannot imagine a better place to live and play!"

"I usually don't write a review of a business I haven't used but this one is the exception because of what I saw. I toured the Landmark a week ago because my wife and I are looking to relocate from the Houston area. What an amazing place! The character and charm is so unique and which I have never seen in other apartment complexes. The staff gave us a great tour and I was just blown away by all the extra stuff like the river, the pool, the gym & spa, dog park, and walking distance to the NB downtown area. Our only tough decision is whether we choose a garden apartment or a loft apartment. The easy part is that we don't need to look at any other places."

"This is not just any multi family dwelling. This is a community. People here are awesome and look out for each other. Also, I feel really safe here. So glad I chose to move here when I moved to New Braunfels. The staff is very personable and professional. They have really fun events that are meant for you to get to know your neighbors. Highly recommend."

"Such a beautiful place to live! Not to mention, the location is prime. My son and I love the direct access to Landa Park. But my absolute favorite thing about living at The Landmark are the amenities! The 24 hours fitness center, sauna, steam room, spa, and the largest dog park I've seen an apartment property have. We also enjoy the fun resident events! It definitely feels like a community here"

"I just moved in to the landmark a couple of months ago and it has been nothing short of my expectations. I have visited New Braunfels for years now and always have wanted to live at the Lamdmark. The location and views are incredible. The access to parks and the river as well as all the bars, restaurants, and boutiques being a view blocks a way. To top it all off the staff, the amenities, and the maintenance are incredible. They are so quick to respond to any issues or needs. This is one of the first complexes I’ve lived at that has truly felt like home! Even all the residents are so friendly and nice. I am so happy with my decision to live here!"
