"This hotel has the most incredible staff member, Hope, she had no problem helping me through out my stay process and following up to secure room quality. Enjoyed my stay. Rooms are extremely clean and the cleaning staff was helpful and friendly."
"We came in for a quick over night stay in one of our favorite areas. We stayed here several years ago and it was decent , but this trip was HORRIBLE . We checked in & our room was absolutely filthy . The floor was dirty and the stands were dusty , but I choose to sweep it up with a towel . We then visited the pool where the key access did not work and the hot tub room smelled like feet . We then Showered in the bathroom in our room where hair was all over the floor and in the shower . We went to dinner & came back to find a bed bug crawling down the wall next to the bed & one also under the bed on the floor & what looked to be baby’s or something behind the bed . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Praying the precautions we took when leaving prevented them from Coming home with us. I do appreciate the lady at the desk for providing us with a refund & trash bags to bag up our things ."
"Good hotel for the money. It's a little run down but the rooms are fine and the lobby and breakfast area are nice. Very friendly staff. Room was pretty quiet and the AC had a constant fan option. Lots of places to eat nearby and pretty close to the highway. Good location."
"The room was very clean. There were signs of wear around the room (plastic around lamp shades were cracked), but overall well kept. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Gruene was a short 5 minute drive away."
"The hotel looked run down in general, halls dirty, water in pool looked greasy and dirty. The cieling in our room had patches of damaged paint. We ordered a roll away bed and it was unacceptable full of crumbs and dirty sheets. The front desk employee was great. She tried to help us and was very friendly. Just dissatisfied with the hotel in general. They do offered hot breakfast but cheap quality. Not good"
