"My fiance and I had such a wonderful experience with Providence Estates. We got engaged back in early 2023 and started looking for different apartments/townhomes in the Fall of 2023. From the very first interaction, Cheyenne, was not only incredibly kind but also helpful and genuinely wanting to help us get what we wanted for our first home together. We toured a few different units with her and she took note of all of our likes and dislikes. My fiance shopped around and decided to come back to providence for a final tour, and Cheyenne was again an amazing help. We just got approved for our townhome and can’t be more thankful for all of her help and patience. We are excited to be moving in and are singing Cheyenne’s praises."

"We have been living here now for four months and I can safely say this has been the best renting experience I've ever had. The management has been extremely kind and helpful. New management took over recently but they have been willing to work with us and address our individual needs. Cheyenne has been extremely nice and helpful. She is very polite and does everything in her power to make sure that residents are treated fairly and courteously. The property itself is super quiet. The neighbors are great. It is close to everything you need, but still feels isolated (in a very good, peaceful way) at the same time, almost like you're living out in the country. I love that I'm able to walk my dog on roads that make me feel like I'm not living in a big city. These roads are so empty and quiet at night that I often can let her off her leash. Tldr; 10/10 would recommend. Management is great and the place is clean and quiet."

"I really wanted to stay here for a long time, but there were far too many issues and rent is far too high for what you get with these units. Our move in day set the tone for the rest of our time here. When I showed up to pick up the keys, they had no idea we were moving in. While all our leasing information had the correct date, the move in day was wrong in their system. The temporary manager asked me if we could delay moving in for a week. I told her no; we already had our old apartment packed and a moving truck rented. There was no cleaning or "make-ready" done on our apartment. We were grateful for the temporary manager being able to accommodate us, but it was a very stressful move. We reached out to the office a few times to see if someone could come clean, but we never heard back. We were also charged the wrong rent rate for the first month, which the office did promptly fix. Before we moved in, we were told our unit was fully upgraded with new flooring, appliances, and countertops. We moved into a dirty apartment with white laminate countertops and paint chipping everywhere. The dishwasher was broken and was full of water and bugs. There were cabinets full of the previous resident's stuff which we took to the office. We asked again if they could send someone to clean, they said they would, but no one ever came. We cleaned extensively and just made it work. About five months after we moved in and two weeks before Christmas, my husband's truck went missing from the driveway. We initially thought it was stolen, but later found it was towed from the complex. It was a huge inconvenience (at the time my husband was driving three other people to work, so they were all stranded at our apartment), and it cost around $400 to get it out of the tow lot the week before the holidays. It was really hard for us financially. There was no warning or anything. It happened again a few months later while my husband ran inside for a moment and left his truck on. It took almost two hours for the tow truck to make it to the lot. We have no idea what they were doing with his truck in the meantime. During the majority of our stay, our neighbor had a dog who peed and pooped all over our cars, the sidewalk, and in our front yard area. There were flies everywhere. I was not the first neighbor to raise the issue to management. When I sent them photos of the massive pills of dog waste, they said, "thank you for your feedback." It was very odd. Our other neighbor broke their lease and moved out in the night because the smell of dog and constant loud music was so bad. We also lived right by the road, which is extremely loud at all times. We obviously knew this moving in, but it is much louder than you think. It wasn't until we moved out that I realized just how loud it was. To top it all off, at the end of our lease, we were told three separate times we would not be charged a cleaning fee after we moved out because of our move-in experience. It finally felt like they cared. I cleaned every inch of the apartment–the baseboards, individual blinds, the walls/floors. I did not want the next tenant to experience what we did when we moved in. They lost our incidentals sheet from our move-in and had me resend it three times. Luckily, I kept a copy, or they would have charged us for multiple other things. After we moved out, we got a bill for cleaning. I had to laugh. It was the final goodbye from this place."

"Me and my husband have lived at Providence Estates for almost 5 years. We’ve never had an issue until recently, our A/C was broken for 2 months. The only thing keeping us cooled at night in our room was a portable A/C my HUSBAND Brought from his job. The rest of the house was hot and humid for all of most of September & October. The front office/ property manager did not communicate with us during this time and when they did it was initiated by either me or my husband and they had no idea what was going on and had incorrect information about the situation. The only communication we had and valued was from Angel the Lead maintenance person. We also asked for compensation on the rent since we were without AC for two months but the front office said they wouldn’t do that and the best they could do was a gift card. The only person who we felt really gave a damn was Angel. Angel was so helpful during this time and really fought/tired to get our A/C fixed for us before I went out for surgery. We had a substantial leak in our AC unit and they had to replace the whole unit when they came to replace it they realized the unit was too big for the space. Luckily, it was still able to be used. Angel told us that if we smelled anything weird to cut off the breaker to the AC and call the emergency line. That night we smelled a burning smell, our downstairs was smoky & our smoke alarm was beeping. So we did as Angel told us and he came by promptly in the morning. Around the same time the property manager called my husband and told him that the emergency line was only for emergencies and they wouldn’t have come out just because our AC wasn’t working, but because we said the word smoke they sent him out. That comment makes it even more clear that they have no idea what is going on with our unit. Come to find out our motor burned out And if we weren’t awake to turn the breaker off, we probably would have had an electric fire. (But the emergency line is only for emergencies). Ultimately our A/C is fixed now & we are safe but I didn’t appreciate how the front office handled our situation. However, Angel is a great maintenance lead and we really appreciate everything he did. UPDATE 10/30 A/C is STILL not working (even after the new unit install) House was between 75-80 all weekend but shout out to the cold weather this week for cooling our house down. First time our house had been nice & cool for months. UPDATE 11/8 We are still dealing with A/C & Heat issues. Still only getting our communication though maintenance. Rudy has been great while Angel was on vacation as our wires have blown twice this week and now our transformer is blown out and they have to order a new one which means another week without A/C or Heat. It’s been very uncomfortable dealing with this issue while trying to recover from major surgery. Especially having to worry about potential electrical fires while I’m on medication. Rudy turned our breakers off until we get a new transformer so at least won’t have to worry about a fire over the weekend."
