"My twins have been seen at the Thrive clinic since they were less than a month old and now they’re four years old, and they have been wonderful! Dr. Heyne and their primary care provider, Anna Puentes have been so amazing and are always available when we have questions or concerns. The entire staff is very friendly and we always look forward to visiting them. We will miss them so much when our little boys turn five years old. The entire clinic is worth gold!"

"240 miles, time off work, and a hotel stay later… I get a phone call as I’m leaving the hotel for Thrive that my appointment (45 minutes from then) scheduled a full year ago will not take place because the doctor is on vacation. Not an emergency, a full on planned vacation and no one ever called me to reschedule. I checked in on MyChart and confirmed the appointment through text five days prior. I was told no one else in the clinic would be be able to help us. So disappointed in the way this situation was handled."

"They force you to vax even if the child has a known allergy to the vax ingredient with previous reactions. Now were sitting in the ER because just like before the child had a severe reaction. When I refused to vax for this reason they threathen we would be dropped from the office. I called other Children's peds and it seemed like we were blackballed. Forcing us to stay and have them vax. This is whats wrong with healthcare. You don't get a choice in your own care. Dallas Thrive is prime example of that. They don't even research anything, they just blindly follow."

"I love the staff here. They remember all fo their patients and interact with them like their best friends. They all do well with the parents so friendly. The offi e is a fun place to be even if the waits are long sometimes, the staff are always helping and serving."

"Our daughter is trach and vent dependent. We were referred to this office by Children’s while in the NICU because they were apparently used to dealing with special needs children. This office is the biggest disappointment. If you ever have an issue, and expect them to call you back in a timely manner or at all, you are in for a disappointment. For something as simple as a headache or UTI, they will recommend you go to the ER most if not all of the time. We have been trying to regulate our daughters food since she is g-tube fed and to switch foods with the dietician is a miracle in and of itself. This office will call in the wrong prescription or say they will call it in and never do so. If you are looking for a pediatrician that really cares about your child’s well being, do not go here. If you don’t want to just be another number, go somewhere else. The thrive clinic is what happens when a broken health care system really does not work. We have switched pediatricians and are very happy with our new office."
