"My experience here has been up and down although Daniel is a very nice guy, these apartments are not up to par. I have been living here for 2 months and some things haven’t been fixed. I do not have electricity in my bed room the light does not work at all as well as some of my outlets. The renovations that they did in here are terrible after taking the first two showers here the caulking of the tub and sinks are peeling, it looks as if they used peel and stick for the flooring that is also lifting, it’s just all bad. I have made plenty of service request and maintenance has come out but nothing was fixed. Now I have seen a mouse in my unit I made a request for them to come and check it out let’s see how long it’s going to take for them to get on that. Although the price is nice here and it’s plenty of space the condition of the unit is just not it. Wish things could have been better."
