"The office staff is no help with anything , it’s always “we will get back with you” . I have lived here for almost 2 years now and there is NEVER consistent office staff. Every other month it is a new manager and leasing person. The Only people who ever actually went to bat and helped me with any issues were of course Rudy and the old assistant manager Kaye . What happened to giving people good service anymore ? I will not be renewing, get it together Hunters Cove."

"Moved here in 2020 - lots of office staff have come and gone - rents have increased and continue to do so but the apartments here are nice and spacious. New ladies in the office and they are trying to clean up what the previous management and staff have messed up - Rudy is the hardest working maintenance guy in the state of Texas and a true asset!"

"0 stars I do not recommend. Very poor management. I was there 11 months. Apartment was not ready on move in day after calling several times to confirm. Had to move in without being cleaned. (Pictures) pool was seldom open and then questionable if it was safe. Gym filthy no AC most of the time I was there. Pay for gated community no locks and drive in gates stay open a lot of the time. And after all the false advertising they will not reimburse anything and raise the rent. They also draft your bank account without authorization. Make sure to stop payment with your bank not their website portal."
