"Stayed here last night. Thank goodness it was only for one night, or we def would've left early. Not only was the mold visible in the bath tub, but you could even smell it when in there. There were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathroom....only full bath towels. Housekeeping started vacuuming outside of the room at 8am, even though check out wasn't until 11am. For almost $200 a night, I guess I expected better."
"We had a good stay here. Room was clean and what we expected for this chain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again."
"I stayed at this hotel for 1 1/2 months, 2 different rooms do to being temporarily displaced. Its myself, my husband, and my children. I am a Elite Member which is their highest tier for Guest rewards. I requested the room be serviced every day no more than every other day. The first room was very roomy and perfect to service us for what we needed. The 2nd room was ok except, their was a huge stain on the couch mattress upon arrival. My kids kept complaining of being bitten at night but I overlooked it thinking they were tripping because I was not bitten. The hotel was super affordable and convenient with my kids school. One day after getting off work I came back to the room to my surprise was a number of ants and lots of them. Now I understood what the kids were talking about. I went downstairs to speak with the front desk attendant. He immediately moved me to another room, and gave me some Lysol to spray down on everything before moving it. In the midst of my time at the hotel a few other things happened: ~I was sitting in the lobby and the police walked up to me asking was I ok because they got a call from management that something was wrong(completely humiliating) ~I asked for extra pillow cases around midnight cause I noticed when I got in that the housekeepers didn't put them back on the bed and the night front desk rep wanted to come in my room while my husband and kids were sleeping to look thru our things and inspect to see if we might've had them within our personal belongings ~they constantly ran out of toilet paper or at least they told us that they had no more a few nights when we came down needing some ~they don't offer weekly rates ~no matter what tier you are or how often you frequent their facility, they only see the color of your skin and treat you accordingly(specifically Jennifer) ~Front desk staff Jennifer called me to explain that a payment declined for a night and she showed me my transaction history with my Credit card information on it from her personal phone which is completely unethical but should be against some type of company policy(I have a recording of her admitting that she did that) ~Internet connection sucks Now my children might've left crumbs from snacking in the room, but I have the room cleaned so often that nothing would lay around. After I complained about the ants instead of creating a resolution to tackle the infestation of ants; of course I was no longer welcomed in their establishment and they didn't even allow me to stay the full time of my existing reservation! They would not take payment and even went as far as calling the police to enforce that I leave. Their is one person I think deserves a pay raise and that Lacy(if I spelled it correctly)! She is so down to earth and adapts to whoever stands in front of her! Her customer service skills are phenomenal and right behind her would be Ms. Toni(if I spelled it correctly) who does a great job as well. Every hotel should have a Lacy and Toni!! I am not sure of the lead house keepers name I think that is her position. She was excellent too. That Jennifer, She is 1st too sick to be in the front cause you never know when she is going to have an episode and if she is not doing that she is being rude. By all means don't take my word this was just my experience. Go check it out for yourself."
"Front desk associate, I beleive her name is Jennifer, is excellent. However I asked for housekeeping several days in a row and didn't get it. I had to go to the front desk for towels to take a shower. Normally not a huge deal to not get housekeeping but with several young children in a small room we really needed the service. Likely won't stay again."
