The Lexington at Valley Ranch 202 Santa Fe Trail, Irving, TX 75063

"I stayed there for 2 years because they had a good review. However since i moved i noticed the management team is very rude with their customers and they show as if they are always on the right side. The buildings are aging and always dirty and filled with pests and spiders. I couldn’t tolerate that anymore. When i moved I cleaned the apartment then payed extra to have a deep cleaning by the management office just ti be on the safe side. I lived with my wife with no pets. After i moved no one contacted me till 3 months after i moved. I received a statement by mail of (moving statement). They claimed that the carpet of the whole apartment was damaged they have to change it and they asked me to pay the whole amount. When i called back asking for pics and proof they said that it has been more than 30 days since i moved and they don’t have any pictures or any proof and they sent the statement for collection and i have to deal with collection. I told them that THEY BROKE THE LAW BY NOT SENDING THE STATEMENT ON TIME AND KEEPING THE STATEMENT 3 MONTHS IN THEIR OFFICE AND SENT IT VERY VERY LATE. They said that they have NO IDEA WHy WHEY SENT THE LETTER 3 Months late . ( see the pictures attached) you will see that the letter was dates in July but the envelope and stamp is dates in SEPTEMBER 19 . Since they know that they BROKE THE LAW. They said that they will call the regional manager and call me back within 30 minutes. This was 2 weeks ago. I kept calling them many times to solve the problem but they kept saying that the manager is not in office. Attached a picture of the carpet when I moved from the apartment and it shows that carpet was in a perfect condition. For any interested customer, YOU WILL FIND A MUCH BETTER PLACES NEARBY AND YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT which they will WANT TO TAKE ANY ADVANTAGE TO GET MORE MONEY WITH NO SERVICE"

"My husband and I met with Edward. There was another couple waiting who happen to be residents. Sat them down and asked how he could help. Then politely excused himself to assist us. Gave us a couple of floor plans and went over to help the residents. He asked everyone if we wanted bottled water. I think Edward had the flow running smoothly. The tour was neither rushed or pushy. He gave us a little history on the management company and had nothing but great things to say about the maintenance team. We toured the model which was clean. The property was very clean, I didn’t see any trash on the grounds, pool was beautiful. Heading back Edward stated, ‘I don’t want to rush your decision , but I’m here to help you with your move’. Overall the tour was great. Edward provided stellar customer service and takes pride in his community."

"I usually don't do reviews, but I wanted to share my experience living here at the Lexington at Valley Ranch. My family and I have been here 5 years. We moved here when Ashleigh and Ian were managing. I have to say that I never had any issues with them at all. If I needed maintenance done or had any questions, it was taken care of immediately. When new Management came, of course you wonder if they will be just as good as the previous group, and I have to say, they have. Tanisha and her group are doing a great job. I did have an issue with my apartment, and I called, and Tanisha was very prompt and accommodating. There's not one bad thing I can say about them, and this is my honest opinion. Even the Maintenance Crew are on their jobs. These guys are so nice, and when you call them, they are always right on time. I think the Lexington's are beautiful, decent apartments, in a nice quiet neighborhood, which is what I like. My neighbors are friendly, and the apartment grounds are kept up so beautifully. Would I suggest living here? Most definitely I would."

"If you’re looking for an apartment that really feels like home look no further! We lived here for 3 years and couldn’t have been happier. The units themselves are wonderful, quiet, and alway full of sunlight. The grounds are very well kept and the staff is accommodating and for the most part very easy to work with. Parking can be a little tricky if you don’t pay an additional fee for a covered parking spot but it’s not a big deal. They have a great pet policy and will work with the bigger breeds. You’ll come for the apartment but stay for the neighborhood, 10 miles of paved partially lit paths (just watch out for bikes) Walking distance down tree lined paths and streets to local shops and restaurants. The complex is surrounded by houses on one side and and just across the street is a huge park extending under the freeways to Los Colinas right across the road. You might hear some planes coming in but the regular traffic noise is almost non existent."
