"Fantastic staff. The location is great. Rooms were very clean and service there was very smooth. I loved staying there. Has microwave, fridge if you like to buy food if staying for a few days. Close by to a lot of places. Excellent stay."
"This hotel was amazing.Vanessa working at the front desk is super sweet!! I stayed for 3 nights while my husband was there at this hotel for a month!!! This lady answered all my questions. Any issues I had she addressed. The breakfast was good too. Yes basically the same at least they changed it up tho every day with the meat part and hashbrowns, tater tots,or potatoes. So it wasn't terrible my kids enjoyed it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dallas area. I'm sure I'll be back."
"I had an awesome time here! Isaac Oliver was sooooo kind and helpful. What a nice guy he went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had a small issue in my room. The manager addressed it and took care of It immediately and gave me points for my next stay. I will definitely be looking for this hotel for other business trip or personal stays. The suites are amazing and big . A home away from home. The breakfast was The best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’m Thank you for a beautiful stay!"
"We had an event to attend at the Irving Convention Center and chose this hotel based on location primarily. So many good things to say about our experience! We were greeted by Veronica, front desk staff extraordinaire! She made us feel welcome from the start of our stay until we left. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast was much better than most that are included at other hotels we’ve been to. Delicious muffins, a breakfast taco bar, and good coffee! We would definitely stay here again!"
"Enjoyed our stay recently. The hotel and property are immaculate. The staff are the friendliest and very helpful- especially Veronica. I had an issue with getting into my room one night and she was quickly on it. It turned out the door locking system needed new batteries for it to read the room key. From past experiences at other hotels I had issues with hotel staff just finding a battery for the tv remote so it was nice to see this be so quickly remedied. She is awesome!"
