"Coming from a different state and going through the renting process online can be really scary. However, David and Jaren made it really easy and effortlessly. Whenever I had a question during the application process, they took the time to listen and respond to each one of my questions. The day I arrived to pick up the key to my new apartment, David took the time to go through the paperwork and give me a tour of the building. The next day Jaren gave me a call to ensure that I was properly settled upon arriving. Overall a great customer experience. Thank you all!!"

"We love our apartment here! The location is crucial because it is close to the Light Rail. There have been some changes recently, and we are so happy with the on-site staff. They have been super helpful and professional and always make us feel like we are important. I'm trying to add photos to my review but keep getting errors. It's such a pretty property!"

"I have to say I only just moved in but so far my experience has been amazing…The apartments are really quiet and give a feeling of security. Kai and Robbie are my two favorite people now. They are so helpful in making sure that whatever you need is provided. They actually answer the phones in the office and when they don’t they always call back which is way more than I can say with where I came from. I appreciate all they have done for me thus far and look forward to staying here for a while to come."

"I highly recommend against moving here. When I lived there, the owners did not even fix the cosmetic issues like stucco coming off the building, a hole in wall on the exterior in the courtyard and allows it to get worse. These items are not that expensive to fix, but comes part of the deferred maintenance list of the building. There are very little visitor parking spots for the amount of apartments and residents often take them to not pay for a second spot. I had to open the side of the fire door without locks on the outside to get to my unit or take a long detour. This was worse when I had to carry groceries or other big items to and from my car. Look elsewhere as there are better apartments for the amount you pay to lease this one. The building was poorly constructed and has not aged so well. Corners were cut all throughout its construction and the settling cracks continue to show in the units and management does not cover it up when the units turn over and just says it is from settling and nothing gets addressed. The worst of all is that residents leave out their trash in the hallway on days when trash is not being picked up by the valet trash service that makes this place even more undesirable to live in. There is a dumpster for this case, but residents don’t bother walking their trash to it. This can last for days when it is the either the weekend, a bad storm or a major holiday when trash is not collected by the valet trash service."
