"Such a BEAUTIFUL hotel. Very upscale, clean, and newly renovated. They did an excellent job with the place. And the staff is sooo friendly and welcoming."
"Stayed just one night to be close to the airport. It is nicely remodeled but some stuff in our room was poorly done. I found a cockroach which I do know isn't unusual for Texas but it still gave me the creeps. Power went out around 10:30pm and stayed off until after midnight. I get things happen but the banquet hall near our room still had power and was blasting music until well after midnight. I got no sleep and my 2 year son was up coughing and uncomfortable because the room was so stuffy. I complained to the front test and called to try to speak to a manager. I've heard no response. I wont stay again."
"It's the best, beautiful place, the lobby is so lovely. It was a great choice, close to airport, has shuttle service, bar, dining and awesome breakfast. Our rooms was great"
"Great place to stay for a quick cheap visit. Recently renovated/opened so there was still some construction around but the rooms and bathrooms were clean and fresh. Front desk was nice and helpful. The Ramada and the Wyndham are three same building though I didn't see Ramada signing out front. It's the same front desk in case anyone's confused like I was."
"I stayed at this hotel for the weekend to go and see the cowboys game and my experience couldn’t have been better. The service in every aspect was phenomenal and the family that owns it is very involved in operations from the front desk to the amazing breakfast that they have. I will not stay at any other place when I am in this city simply because I wouldn’t have had the stay that I had anywhere else. Absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back!"
