"The attention in the office is very good and living in the apartments is comfortable"
"Terrible when we got here the roof for the balcony was collapsing they fixed it when it finally did, random extra cash that they ask for I don’t even know the managers because they are never here or they just change to often place is a joke parking is terrible this place is just hell. The residents are pretty great probably because we all hate the same person"

"If you care about your safety or simply want an apartment that isn't cockroach infested, do not come here. I am convinced the only positive reviews being left for this apartment chain are by people being paid by the Chalet. No one would applaud living in a filthy, broken-down building that clearly needs to be condemned. I broke my lease early just because I was so tired of not being able to flush my toilets or shower because of all the plumbing problems. I'd rather stay in a hostel, at least they're cleaner and their utilities work."
