"DO NOT EVEN APPLY!! This complex, just like many others, is only out there to get people’s money in every way they can. I won’t even go into details on the poor communication skills from every staff member we encountered during our application process, but to sum it up we had to apply 2 separate times (paying the application fees and deposits both times). We were denied on one, and were in the process of having the other verified when we decided personally to seek another complex. On 2/8/24 I told Kobe we were moving on, after starting this whole process on 1/29/24. We were told the refund for the first application would be processed, but not the second because it was still in the validation process. According to Texas Property Code 92.352 “the applicant is deemed rejected by the landlord if the landlord does not give notice of acceptance of the applicant on of before the seventh day after the: 1. Date the applicant submits a completed rental application to the landlord… 2. Date the landlord accepts an application deposit… 3. A landlords rejection of one co-applicant shall be deemed a rejection of all co-applicants.” I informed Kobe of this property code on 2/14 at 1AM by email, I received the adverse action letter by email at 10:42AM on 2/14, I reached out again on 2/14, and then again today, 3/6, with no response yet. I just want my legally owed refund from both applications we submitted."
"LaDaria was absolutely amazing & extremely thorough. She answered all questions w/o hesitation & with transparency! The property / fitness center was very well kept & inviting! 100/10 recommend checking them out!"
"Love the Stations! Moved in a few months ago and so far it has met my expectations of peace, quite and excellent community. Not to mention I travel frequently and use the DART train to DFW that stops behind our complex. Kobe also assisted me while out of town and my company sent me a new laptop. Thanks everyone."
"Very poor experience with the leasing office - received an approved application and then never heard back on my emails trying to get a lease sent over and confirm start date, and nearly impossible to get an answer from the leasing office. Also, I’m glad I took a look at the reviews on google, they line up with my experience perfectly. Because of this, I ended up pulling out of leasing with them to which I was told they will not return my deposit. Terrible experience and definitely a money grab on their part. I recommend avoiding at all costs. There are better buildings for less money in the area."
"It’s the most overpriced apartment complex around. $1500 for a one bedroom and garage is not worth it. The management is severely lacking. All the emails are about nonnegotiable fines for leaking your garbage out, which is only allowed to have 1 bag of garbage in it for $30 a month. Homeless have broken the gate to the Fart station and management won’t fix it. I could understand if rent was $900."
