"I’m not usually of a reviewer but felt this one is mandatory. This is my second time visiting them. First time, I was told they’d give me a call when any apt is available for a tour. Even after a month, I haven’t received any(later got to know there are many vacant ones to show). I’m not sure of the inside but I have never received a proper response from the front staff. STEPHANIE, especially she’s been so useless and disrespectful. I called in to get a tour and she said to come in whenever I like but I went there, they closed the tour timings. And later on top of me spelling my name and email, she willingly misspelled and given wrong details in the application. And she’s not even apologetic of all this. I also asked her if she can point me the particular apartment on map, she literally told me to view it myself online. Neither she sent me a scheduled tour email later upon me asking to schedule one. She literally pretended doing things infront of other staff members. Id rather not recommend this apartment at Las Colinas based on the service received."

"I've lived here for 5 years and this property has been nothing but exceptional. The property management staff and maintenance staff are top tier. I've never had any issues with maintenance requests or any other issues. They keep the property looking good and make sure that it stays up to date. I work from home and don't have any issues with noise. There are days when landscape comes out but that's to keep the property clean and landscaped. I feel very safe here and love my apartment location facing Hackberry Creek. This property is clean and safe, and I would definitely recommend this property."

"I lived here for 2 years and had a pleasant stay. Gated community, friendly staff and management, great service. Well Ventilated apartments with big windows and big storage. Very good maintenance. Would definitely recommend living in this community."
