"Cortland Las Colinas is accessible to the Dart. It's always quiet here and during the resident event I was able to meet the new manager. She was very nice and spoke to everyone."

"The property is beautiful especially the red walls in the hallways. Most places would have a dull, boring color in common areas but the red adds character. The staff is so nice and helpful especially the new girl Alana."

"I stayed here from 2020-2022. My stay here was lovely and this apartment was great, secured, amenities are good. When I moved out I got my deposit back, despite some stains on carpet. Only negative is AC doesn’t work well for 2B apt, but still management try to fix it. Overall it is a great experience, if this apartment isn’t far from work I would love to move back."

"Cortland was a great experience! The staff was lovely and always incredible when I needed help. Loved how they took care of us with breakfast or dinner. The maintenance are amazing people who take care of problems in a prompt manner. It was a great area with the lake next to it and great running paths. Leisure and entertainment not too far away too. Only thing I would say is a con are the unexpected electrical issues."

"I moved to Texas for about a month, and I’m glad that I decided to live here. The facility is nice and the leasing team is very friendly. Paisley helped me with my move-in, she was super patient and helpful! I waited until after I’ve lived here for a month to write a review, just to be fair. The unit is very spacious with a high ceiling and a big washroom (too big that I wish it’s smaller so I can have more living room space). Floor plan is nice and I like how there are enough storage rooms in the kitchen. There are enough lights within the unit so you don’t need to buy extra lamp. Sounds insulation is good, although not as good as my previous homes, it doesn’t bother me much. Maintenance team is very efficient and responsive—usually get things fixed the next day. Also great location. Overall a very comfortable place to stay at without any major concerns. There are a couple of things that caught my attention but aren’t bothering me: 1. Laundry machines within the unit are super loud when running, I guess it’s because the door is hollowed and cannot block noise effectively. 2. Despite my unit is facing Promenade hwy, whenever trains pass by and horn, you can hear it. (The view is great tho, you can see the lake and sunset) It’s getting better and not as overwhelmed at the beginning because I’m adapting to it, but it’s good to know to avoid units closer to the train track if you will be bothered by train noise. My top concern when reading the reviews here was unexpected false fire alarms, but it never happens after I moved in—thank you for this, because I will be super bothered and have a panic attack if it ever happens. I wish it never happens."
