"The staff is incompetent and a bunch of liars. I signed a lease thinking I was good to go and was going to have everything paid by move in date. Turns out that was a lie and they threatened me to come in and pay the admin fees with a money order by 3:30pm the same day or they will cancel the apartment. Couldn’t because I was at work and couldn’t leave at short notice. Despite me trying to explain my situation and the fact I was told I can take care of EVERYTHING by March 1st. They repeated the same thing over and over again ignoring what I was told and kept claiming they had everything g on a recorded line but refuses to give it to me. All these guys did was put me in a lot of emotional distress. I wish I didn’t sign the lease because they conned me out of $625. Also, when I came in to pay the $625 I was told I needed to pay online. Turns out that was a lie too. I don’t live near this place so they need to reimburse me for gas."

Tyler the first person to make eye contact as he greeted me into the facility, provided me not only with adequate information about availability but with a excellent service. Thank you Tyler you've made my stay a fantastic one! To the Amazing Indian Community that welcomed us to their lovely friendship and love for food introducing us to their cuisine and to other neighbors that are part of this community, Thank you! "0 is not an option so going for 1 star. We moved here 10 days back and apartment was not in ready to move condition. There are pending maintenance work which they have not completed before our move and even until now. Kitchen and washroom cabinet work is completely pending and we are being asked to adjust to current poor, broken, misaligned, loose cabinet for now until someone hopefully comes in 3 weeks. AC cooling system is poor and takes 6 hrs to go down from 85 to 83 degree, there must be some leak which they agree but have no solution for it. Can only imagine what would be power bill with 24 hrs running AC without any auto cutoff. AC is super noisy and feels like living in a factory, they came a few times to fix the noise but all they do is tighten some screws rather than fixing the actual problem, and it still remains unbearable noisy. Paint on wall, celing and door not completed and has ugly look at lot of places, imagine giving this condition for a new apartment move in. Floor is uneven in kitchen and washroom. The base beneath the carpet is missing at lots of places which is easily felt by feet when you walk around and land on any such spot. The entire carpet floor makes cranky noise all time while walking so the floor base is not sturdy at all. Feedback from other residents which I recently got to know is same as well, specially related to noisy cranky floor, plumbing and AC issues being common for all."
