"Vanessa has been trying to get the property up to where it should be a lot of the residents don’t see it that way but she has been putting a lot of effort into cleaning it up. It’s not easy working multiple properties and as a resident it can be confusing not knowing where or what’s going on if they don’t know she helps else where as well.
