"So...we have been living here for a year now and it started out with 2 out of 5 stars. The apartment was not ready moved in, we found a roach on the 1st day, they PAINTED the apartment to few days before move on day, and the carpet and damped! Now, dispute all of that everyone at the apartment is super nice and friendly. MAINTENANCE, however, is super difficult to get through. We need our blinds replaced and nobody hasn’t shown up to fix them! Then the roaches, we want them to spray the apartment and we got a prep sheet and packed up everything for them to do business. Day of the service, nobody showed up! The have been unorganized since day 1 and I am fed up! Please be aware that maintenance is not gonna do their job and you probably have a better chance finding an apartment who has better maintenance than these guy!"
