"Rent literally doubled in 2 years, everything else was fine but they will gouge you on rent when you renew so don't expect to stay here very long."
"I’ve been touring a lot of different places and I have to say Ciara has been the most memorable tour she’s very knowledgeable and really sold her property. I look forward to becoming a member of Fountain Wood."
"The facilities and amenities are top notch and the staff is great. Very tranquil areas, good surroundings, and the pool is excellent. If you never lived in the Euless area it's a straight shot anywhere in the metroplex and this is a great place to start the adventures from. I would definitely recommend Fountain Wood to friends or family."
"My husband and I moved to Fountain Wood in late August and the experience we’ve had so far has been amazing! Terena, Ciara and Valerie the women in the office are always happy to assist with whatever we need or any questions we have. Terena puts together fun little events to bring the community together like Wine Down Wednesday or tonight Taco Tuesday there is going to be a taco truck in front of the leasing office! The maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance guy Louise is great! Everybody that works here is so warm and welcoming!"
"After living in this apartment complex for the past 1.5 years, I have to give my honest review about my experience. When I first toured this place, I thought that this would be a great place to move into. The landscaping was nice, the outside was kept up pretty nice, and the particular apartment that I saw while touring looked nice. When I first moved in, I looked at my apartment and thought that it didn't exactly look like the apartment that I toured in but it was pretty decent. After months of living here, I experienced a infestation problem, but the pest control people came out to "treat" it and I thought the problems would stop after that. This first incident happened late 2022. What I thought would be a one-time incident quickly turned into a nightmare of several incidents over the past several months. It has been an extremely horrible experience with infestation issues. I have never experience such issues in my previous apartments and in my life. I don't know if other residents aren't having this issue or they may be having issues and not speaking up. I can't actually speak for them, but I can only speak from my experience because I am the type of person who will report every incidence like this. We pay a lot of money to stay here, so it's only right that I do so. Honestly, I think the pest control company that is hired to do the "work" and "treat" the apartments do only minimal work and go about their business. I have actually had to tell the resident manager that the company failed to come out to my apartment on several occasions after I put the work order in to "treat" the apartment. I let the previous resident manager know about my many months of infestation issues and he had someone from another company to try and rectify the issue. It worked for maybe a couple of months, but here I am again with the same issue. I appreciate what he tried to do, but at this point, I am tired of letting the leasing team know about the same issue over and over again. If you are considering touring and/or moving here, I suggest that you thoroughly consider my review and ask lots of questions about how they handle infestation and upkeep issues. I don't know if I will consider breaking my lease early, but unfortunately I will have to take steps to move out of this place at least when my lease is up. I can't keep living in anxiety knowing that I may see another roach crawling around in the place that I am supposed to have peace and relaxation in."
