"this experience of me living here has been beyond disappointing. it’s "quiet" unless you live in building 3 where the residents closer to the street play ridiculously loud music 25/8. i’ve emailed the "super nice" management about it and didn’t get a response. i’ve called the cops myself during both business hours and after hours only for them to turn it off only until the officer leaves. i’ve called the office about it only to be told there was nothing they could do about it. said they would ask them to turn it down yet no change has been made. lighting is also ridiculously poor. you pay crazy amounts of money to still deal with the situations they allow here. stop replying to say y’all are sorry because there is no follow up with fixing anything. reply with solutions or contact information for higher ups because this is beyond ridiculous. THANK YOU. EDIT: it’s been nearly a month since the review has been made with their reply being that they’d like to work with me directly. they never reached out and loud music still plays from the same apartment 25/8. again, they haven’t done anything to help it. they also haven’t returned any of my emails or calls to "work with me directly" to solve any of the issues. move to a different city at this point."

"Worst experience I've ever had and this is no shade to Summer and Sherry, both wonderful and amazing people who are patient. This is directly at corporate and who ever is above the property management. Me and my fiancé came in. Looking to get a lease with TALL TIMBERS. We thought that the place was very nice and expensive and well to do based on the reviews so of course we apply within one to two days they declined us. This is odd, because neither one of us has an eviction on or any incidents that would put them on notice or flag us, so when I ask why exactly are we declined they say that my background check came back having an infection on it and when they gave me the information of whose name popped up on the documentation for the background check, it was a completely and totally different name so when I brought this to their attention, their next step wasn't to apologize and fix the mistake and correct it know the next step was to put me through the rigmarole of calling three different credit companies, including their background check company, which in my opinion, they should've done all this all on their own, seeing as how the name was wrong to begin with but I digress essentially what happened was another 20 to 30 days passed by and we missed our ability to move in with TALL TIMBERS. They did nothing but create hoops and hurdles to jump through while at the same time telling us we would love for you to rent here and stay with us. It didn't feel that way at all. It felt more like I was a criminal who had to prove he was innocent, even though I have my ID and social on hand, long story short again as I said, in the beginning, this was the worst application process I've ever gone through with any property management company or apartment complex if you want easy and simple steer clear"

"The grounds are beautiful, the location is great and I recently transferred from one unit into another one the same size that is renovated with new appliances and a washer/dryer. Love it! Also, the neighborhood is safe with shopping nearby. Finally, the staff Sherry (the manager) and Jayme in the office are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance comes in a timely manner and is also friendly, frequently saying hi and waiving whenever I see them. I've lived here for years and will continue to do so. It's a great place! / Adding a Part Two to this Review on 17OCT23....I still love it here! I've lived here for years. Again, it's safe and clean....love the renovations. Neighbors aren't too loud and also the staff (Sherry the Apartment Manager) are terrific. It's also near shopping (Kroger and Albertson's about one mile away) and has a great park nearby, if you don't just stay on the property, which is park like. Great place."

"My ONLY concern to date is the lack of lighting throughout the property. I live near the pool. It is VERY dark, posing a SAFETY CONCERN. I leave for work at 4am, and literally using the flashlight on my cell phone to see my way. Please look into installing adequate lighting throughout the property. Again, this is a SAFETY CONCERN. Otherwise, my experience so far has been pretty good. Management has been responsive, staff is friendly and maintenance is great!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS! The dumpster stays full of trash 4 days out of the week and attracts large rodents that eat through your trash bags, despite the fact that you are charged for trash pick up. You are required to pay for a "package receiving fee" regardless if you use their 3rd party vendor to receive packages. The maintenance does not respond to emergency calls. My AC unit went out 2 weekends in a row, with outside temps in the triple digits and received no response until Monday in both instances. Once they "repaired" the AC, it caused a leak in my kitchen ceiling, that prevented me from being able to use my stove, and it took them a week to stop the leak and repair the ceiling. They don't leave a note or email you to let you know that they have entered your apt. I have experienced my maintenance tickets being closed without repairs being completed. I asked property management for a concession on my rent for the 5 days that my AC was out since I wasn't able to safely stay in my apt or use my stove, given the unbearable temperature inside of my place and the leak, and was told that they don't do concessions. I don't typically have to communicate often with the front desk because in most cases all is fine, but communication recently has been very disappointing and lacked all sorts of empathy/support for me as a tenant. Considering the price point for rent, you can certainly do better. I am eager for my lease to be up and do not recommend this property."
