"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your event space coordinator, Kenneth Clemons. I had initially reached out to him on January 23, 2024, at 11:24 am, followed by subsequent attempts on January 25, 2024, at 11:52 am, and February 2, 2024, at 10:45 am, I had left a voicemail inquiring about your event space availability and pricing for my daughter’s high school graduation celebration. After finally receiving a callback from Mr. Clemons on February 2, 2024, at 11:10 am, I was assured that he would promptly email me the necessary information regarding your event space availability and pricing. However, it is now February 19, 2024, and I have yet to receive any communication from Mr. Clemons or any other member of your team. As you can imagine, this delay has caused significant stress and inconvenience for me and my family, as we are eager to secure a space for such an important milestone in our daughter’s life. This location was convenient for our family and friends that will be traveling from out of state. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Clemons is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment."

"We got stuck here since 9pm last night and I wasn’t prepared to be in a hotel New Year’s Eve because of noise and craziness etc. Anyway this place was nice. There was no noise or commotion except for some bratty kids running up and down the hallways for hours. It’s a really cute attractive place. . Tito the driver happily drove me to Starbucks for coffee before taking me to the airport. He said he would be taking the rest of my crew to the airport in a few hours. Just an update about a small problem. When I left for the airport I went before my coworkers and the lady at the desk (Sheresia) said she would tell everyone I went ahead. They were scheduled to leave the hotel at 7pm on a van we had scheduled the night before. Not only did Sheresia not say anything to anyone but there was no scheduled van available. They had to call a car service for my coworkers. Don’t know what happened because she told me she would let them know I already left and also the van driver assured me he would be driving them. This caused a lot of stress and confusion for my coworkers not knowing where I was. I even tried to call one of them before I left but the call went to the front desk and she transferred me (she said) but the line was busy. My coworker said she never used the phone. Anyway I really wish this hadn’t happened."

"Best description of the rooms, like a dorm room, very minimalist. The van driver is a stand up guy, honest and hard working. Front desk, Mary, honest and friendly. Refreshing having staff who didn't make excuses for a problem. They acknowledged it and apologized and offered a solution. That's great employees. They made me will to come back!"

"Nae the front desk worker was the best! She was super helpful and walked me through and personally showed me where everything was! The shuttle driver Patrick was also amazing! He came back for me and was very friendly and prompt in helping me very cool guy! Both deserve raises! Amazing staff!!"
