I've never been able to express my fears of being denied a place to live because of miscommunication or a credit score cocern etc.. Karina seen I was in need and approved me for an apartment that I can afford. Thanks."

"I totally don’t recommend it, not even to my worst enemy to move here, people partying at the pool through 4am really loud, you complain and complain at the leasing office and they don’t do anything, they just said to call 911 or asked us for evidence. We pay $25 for valet trash and never had received a valet trash bin and this is on the lease which they are violating the lease and charging for a utility that we never had received and we pay for the service and have to throw our trash. They never answer the phone and if you contact corporate they never call back. Surrounding areas are disgusting. I have lived here for two years and have seen three different management and all have been negative.They overcharge you, if you ask them why does charges they don’t have an explanation and blame it on Conservice. I’m thinking seriously to take legal action for even being charged for all this time for a utility that we had never received the service for. You put a service request and maintenance never comes. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in."

"Do NOT apply here. They will take your admin fee and claim they mailed it on time. If you receive an expired check from them, you will have to physically return the check to the leasing office so they can request another. It’s been almost 5 months- I still have not received my second check. They dont answer the phone. You will be sorry for applying here."

"This is the worst property I've ever lived in. We put work orders in and never get anything fixed. Go to the office and report it and still nothing. They don't like answering the phone. But as soon as you with hold your rent due to poor living condition and poor communication. They want to put a vac notice on your door. Please make it make sense. They don't care about the people living here, I have been without air for a month, it is to hot for this"
